The 21st century is the era of knowledge economy.The market needs more and more knowledge staffs. Enterprise knowledge staffs pay more attention to the psychological contract than general staffs. when knowledge staffs work in same or similar conditions of work, the psychological contract can produce very big effect to knowledge staffs' behavior and work performance. So the psychological contract is very important to the increase of knowledge staffs' work performance.In order to study the relationship between psychological contract and job performance of Knowledge workers, the thesis in terms of psychological contract, which is based on the relevant theories on psychological contract, job performance and knowledge workers, Establishes hypothesis, design questionnaires and builds models. And then taking A company knowledge staffs as research object to send questionnaires, it uses reliability, validity and principal component analysis of SPSS to find the primary influential factors of knowledge staffs' psychological contract and work performance. Through PEARSON correlation analysis to illustrate that psychological contract of psychological staffs and work performance has significantly correlation. Lastly expounding the influence factors and bad effects to D Post work performance against psychological contract and existing problems of D Post incentive system. The article puts forward from the three dimensions of psychological contract to improve D Post incentive system and reduce the rate of psychological contract violate.
