In the second half of 2008, the global financial crisis caused by the U.S. sub prime mortgage crisis broke out. With the spreading of International financial crisis, it had a tremendous impact on the world's financial system, and the banking sector is an important part in constituting the financial system of a country. Under the influence of a series of economic stimulus introduced by the governments, since the second quarter of 2009, although the unemployment rate is still higher, but the confidence of the global economy gradually restored, financial markets interest margin indicators return to normal, consumer confidence rebounded, economic growth increased as expected to, the global economy tided over the panic of financial crisis gradually. Banking sector as a special industry, mainly engaged in credit business, and its operations will be faced with the dual challenges of a variety of systemic risk and non-systematic risk, which is a high risk industry. Commercial banks as the main carrier of the whole society credit intermediaries and financial services, for the implementation of the authorities' macroeconomic policies, promote and facilitate economic growth, keep the economy healthy, stable and coordinated development, playing an increasingly important role. However, commercial banks went bankrupt due to mismanagement of the situation, are not uncommon in the history of the World Bank. In recent years, financial innovation, globalization, liberalization and the growth of the bank increased business uncertainty, especially in several major international financial crisis, but also formed a wave of bank failures, a lot of history, the strength of strong big banks closed down. Therefore, when the banking crisis occurs, how to take proper measures to deal with the crisis, and lower its adverse effects of economic and social impact to a minimum, maintain the public interest and the security and stability of the financial system, is the issue which needs special attention and solutions of the current national theorists and financial authorities. In this paper, the structure is divided into five chapters. First of all, introduced the background and significance of the topics, and made a brief theoretical overview of the banking crisis and its measures for dealing with it. Then, based on a general comparative analysis, make the full use of empirical methods of analysis to several typical world countries (including USA, Japan, Sweden and Southeast Asia),on their policy and practice to banking crisis, lessons learned lessons, with a view of a reference and inspiration to the disposal of China's banking crisis. Then, through the study of the global financial crisis triggered by the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis, drawing on the experience and practices which the United States used in time of crisis management, got some enlightenment for the development of China's banking industry. Finally, expounded China's theory and practice status of disposal current banking crisis, through theoretical analysis and policy comparison, making a number of policy recommendations on the establishment and perfection of China's banking crisis management system. The main point of this article is that, in theory, banking crisis may occur at any time, and it is inevitable, so we should be prepared to find a solution to solve and deal with the bank risks and crises as soon as possible. As learning the international experience and lessons, we must also take into account that the experience of foreign countries may not "acclimatized" to China, and not suitable for China's national conditions. Therefore, we must based on the market economy needs of socialism with Chinese characteristics, develop our own banking crisis management theory and practice, make these theoretical and practical measures to better serve China's economic development and financial development. In conclusion, financial globalization has brought unprecedented opportunities for the banking industry, it also brings a wide coverage and the consequences of a serious banking crisis or even economic crisis, it had a negative impact on the country's economic security. Therefore, the country must have a clear understanding of the bank risk and the banking crisis, while avoiding disadvantages, we must actively integrate into the globalization of finance, and actively to reform and improve the banking and financial systems, improve the financial markets and financial regulations to ensure the national economic security and to achieve the maximization of national interests. China should be concluded from foreign commercial banks in the organizational model of reform on the basis of relevant experience, combined with China's specific national conditions, raised the core framework of the organization and management model of China's commercial banks, and study the path of the framework and technical failure of the solution, and finally to provide a reference for the reform of China's commercial banks...
