With the trend of economic globalization increasing, to consolidate their competitive strength in the market, enterprises considered supply chain management more and more important. As a basic industry of the national economy, electric power industry plays an important role in both social life and economic development. With production socialization, the supply chains of electric power industry are formed. Because electric power as a kind of product has its particularity, the design of the power supply chain and the optimizing of its management are significant.This paper summarizes the basic content of supply chain design and management. Combining with the theory of supernet and variational inequality, under the assumption of perfect competition, the basic features of electric power supply chains are analyzed. The supernet model of power supply chain is established, and the equilibrium conditions under the assumption of perfect competition are given.According to the basic theory of variational inequality, we discussed the existence of equilibrium of electric power supply chains and the solution techniques of equilibrium based on a modified projection algorithm. And an example of power supply chain is provided to verify the correctness and the rationality of the model. The conclusions have certain guidance to electric power supply chain management. |
