Research On The Supply Chain Supernetwork With Electronic Commerce Based On The Variational Inequality

In this paper, a supernetwork framework for the modelling and analysis of supply chains with electronic commerce that also includes the role that relationships play. And the framework include four roles: the supplies; manufactures; retailers and consumers at the different demand markets. Supplies are assumed to produce homogeneous products and to sell them either physical or electronic link to manufactures. Manufactures, in turn, get the raw material from supplyes and product them into the new products. They can sell the products through physical or electronic link to retails and directly to consumers and retailers sell the products through physical or electronic link also. Increasing relationship levels in the freamwork are assumed to reduce transaction costs as well as risk and to have some additional value for both seller and buyers. The decision-makers, who are located at distinct tiers in the supernetwork, try to optimize their objective functions and face three criteria: the maximization of profit, the minimization of risk and the maximization of the relationship value. Every criteria is weight according to the decision-makers'preference. Then, the optimality conditions for the suppliers, manufatures, retailers, and consumers is presented, the equilibrium conditions is derive, and the variational inequality formulation is provided. After those, according to the variational inequality theory, get the product shipment and the price of the product what is traded between the decision-makers. The game theory is used widely in the research of the supply chain network as the efective analysis tool of the competition. In this paper, The game theory is considered roughly first in the supernetwork freamework.At last, a numerical example is given. The maneuverability of the method is showed. We expect that the paper can make a function to the development of the our nation's supply chain theory.
