Exploration In The Cultivating New Farmers In New Rural Construction

Farmers are the main body in new rural building, and they could enjoy those results. Therefore, the key of building a new socialist countryside is training new farmers. In order to prop up the construction of new rural development and promote modernization progress, we should train tens of thousands of new farmers who can adapt to modern agriculture. Education and training of farmers were studied in this paper, the measures and means of farmers education and training were effectively disscussed, which is of great significance to develop modern agriculture and accelerate the building of new socialist countryside.Combined with research and advanced experience at home and abroad, through the analysis of Linfen new farmers to cultivate the practical problems and practice and exploration of agricultural broadcasting and television school in Linfen City for several years, peasants skills training has been studied in the construction of new rural, and proposed some proposals and measures about Linfen farmer education and training, the following is the main conclusion:(1)The training of new farmers is not only a basic problem of building a new socialist countryside, but also the key of solving the "three rural issues". Unlike traditional farmers, new farmers are the educated, skilled and operated new workers who have modern ideas and master modern science and management knowledge, they are farmers with a high cultural quality, skills quality and management capacity.(2)The survey results show that, at present, farmer training of science and technology in Xiangning county, Linfen city make some success, such as increased training bases, improved the quality of teachers, training a large number of agricultural technicians, achieved good social and economic benefits, and promoted the development of a new socialist countryside. But farmers in Linfen city generally have low cultural level, their science and technology quality is still at a low level. Therefore, it is urgent to develop rural education and improve the scientific and cultural quality of rural workers.(3)Studies have shown that there are lots of problem in farmers' skills, education and training in Linfen City, mainly: the farmers are lack of training and education knowledge, and the relevant departments pay inadequate attention to training; There have departure between farmer education and training capacity and public training requirements; Training approach is not flexible enough, and lack of training time; Qualified teachers, especially the "double" excellent teacher are few.(4) In order to accelerate and develop farmers education and training in Linfen city, the strategies and recommendations include the following: to strengthen the leadership of farmer education and training; to build excellent teachers of grass-roots training; to innovative training methods, and develop training channels; reasonable arrangements for education and training hours and places; to strengthen the rural labor force training efforts; greatly expand the content of farmers education and training.(5) In recent years, through teaching classes in the village, focusing on practical, teach the farmers knowledge and skills most in need, as well as kinds of teaching methods, new farmers training in Linfen City made some encouraging results, in particular: to increase the attractiveness of farmers education and training, and to accelerate the pace of cultivating new farmers; to explore new ways of farmers education and training; to mobilize the enthusiasm of all aspects; to won wide acclaim from all sectors of society.
