Study On The Agricultural Extension Model Of The Qingzhou City

Agricultural extension is being carried out around the world. In order to develop agricultural extension better, each country and area are trying their best to perfect the related laws and policy, develop the high-quality marketing teams, increased the capital investment, strengthen the scientific and technological innovation, improve the natural disaster warning system.The two-thirds of the population of China is rural population, in order to realize China's modernization, the modernization of Chinese agriculture must be achieved first, therefore, agricultural modernization is the basis for China's modernization. Agricultural extension plays an important role in agricultural development. It has played a very important role by issuance of agricultural information, explaining agricultural policies, development of new farmers, industrial adjustment, the rural economy flourish, and enhancing the level of modernization. At present, agricultural extension level is low in some areas, for example, ineffective implementation of the policy is ineffective, the proportion of private ownership agency is low, the marketing teams 's knowledge of public institutions engaged in agricultural extension is aged, the channel of the dissemination of agricultural information is not smooth, the conversion rate of agricultural research is low, the farmers' knowledge level is not high and the capital investment is little.With the principles of evidence and analysis, this paper provides measures based on the analysis of specific cases. It analyzes the status of agricultural extension model, and explores ways of improving the agricultural extension model and studied the trend of agricultural extension model, with the methods of literature reference, questionnaires, field surveys, interviews, combination of quantitative and qualitative research etc.This paper analyzes the contemporary status of international and domestic agricultural extension model, and chose the Qingzhou city as a sample for In-depth study. It analyzes the impact of agricultural extension model manifestations of the policy environment, human resources environment, and it analyzes the agricultural extension model of Qingzhou city by comparing the driving factors such as Professional cooperation, regional brand to promote, agricultural products quality and safety demonstration area, leading enterprises, technology-driven, agricultural brand cluster. The level of the agricultural extension of Qingzhou is higher than the national level, however, compared to foreign Intensive and systematic agricultural extension system, it's very outdated. Thus, the paper concludes that to choose their own mode of actual agricultural extension is necessary and it has great significance to develop China's modern agriculture by developing the appropriate policy, the promotion of China's current agricultural environment and human resources.
