Agricultural production and rural market development is the key to solve the “three ruralissues”. But the agricultural production, the rural market itself, and the internal economiclogic of maintaining the operation of the rural market, is not an independent system. Tounderstand the rural economy growth, we needs take the social factors, such as thegovernment, institutions, into consideration systematically.This paper focus on the problem of the famer’s production of cash crop and thedevelopment of the related market change, in order to analyze social factors in it, clarify theoptimization of the structure of agriculture, and promote the income of the farmers.In this paper the agricultural production refers to the agricultural production of cash crop.Agricultural market is a certain exchange structure including the interaction of the marketparticipant happening in the social factors.Based on different production of cash crop in different period, this paper divides theagricultural market into four types: monopolistic market, regional market (the1990s), exportmarket (the1990s to2010), and national market (from1990). From the macro and microlevel, this paper discusses the market participants and the relationship of them, difference ofsocial factors, and its’ influence on the market risk and efficiency. This paper proposes thesocial factors of government and the cooperative association is of great importance to themarket. At the same time, the government should optimize the different structural elementsand make the pertinence policy according to different types of markets.
