Studies On The Interrelationship And Governance Of Private Enterprise

The relationship between market and corporations changes rapidly. In order to get competitive advantages, the enterprises have to make good use of their abilities and resources and get along well with other corporations as well in the background of economic globalization and informatization. Accordingly, how to establish and keep harmonious relations with other corporations and organizations has become a significant project. The relations among the enterprises in this thesis mainly focus on the business cooperation. Involved in the complicated business network, the enterprises can get final success through the cooperation, but meanwhile they are also running the risk of failure. Along with the development and improvement of the market economy, the cooperation between enterprises is getting enhanced increasingly. However, different relationship styles need different management models. Establishing and sustaining business relations which are of the same characteristic needs various economical and social methods as well as trust and commitment, but there is no ideal model applying to every relation. The private enterprise is an important part of national economy, also the main force in participating the international competition and cooperation. Since China has adopted the policy of reform and opening to the outside world, private enterprises developed rapidly, which played a dispensable part in the great economic achievement.The private enterprises have become a new growth point. They played an important and positive role in promoting productivity, expanding employment, meeting the diverse society needs, promoting the formation and development of socialism market economic system and stimulating the prosperity of regional economy. So the healthy and rapid development of private enterprises will become a crucial factor in the growth of socialism market economy. With China's accession to the WTO, the market gets more and more open. China's young private enterprises meet both great opportunity and challenge. To improve competitiveness, private enterprises have to carry on self-reform and management innovation. At the same time, the management of business relation among the enterprises becomes particularly important, and nowadays the study of it has become a trend. In our country, private enterprises are special since they·are not monopoly enterprises, and they are consisted mostly by medium and small enterprises. The competition among them is extremely fierce. Further more, most of them are family-based enterprises, so the relationships with customers and competitors are crucial in keeping the development of private enterprises.This thesis mainly studies the relations among the private enterprises which play a vital role in the development of China's economy from lateral and vertical aspects. In the lateral aspect, we mainly study the competitive strategy alliance, and in the vertical aspect, we pay our attention to enterprises relations in industry chain. According to enterprises relation theory and relation management theory, this thesis combines theories and situation of China's actual private enterprises, and analyzes the situation of the private enterprises and the actual relationship among private enterprises, which not only finds out "what it is", but also tells us "what we should do".
