As the worldwide corporate social responsibility movement hasbeen developped steadily and the operating problem our economy is facingsuch as the shortage of resource, environment polution and laborrelationship issues are now emerging from the water one after another,our government, scholars and relative institutions have been appealingthe corporates to take more social responsibility these years. As animportant stakeholder of corporates, employees are considered as farbeyond the mere cash bringer.However,they received far less attentionfrom the acedemic circle compared with other stakeholder group.There arefew research on the employees’ expectations,views and attitudes of CSR.In the review of the literature,this paper looks back on theresearches of the effect of CSR on employee attitude andbehaviors.Through this the author finds out the trends of theoreticaland empirical reaserches in this field. Besides, we take account somemoderating variables from researches of consumer field.Based on the research model and hypothesis, this paper analysesthe survery data using Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis.Wefound that there is a significant positive correlation between CSRperception and employee OC;CSR perception have different influence onthe three dimension of OC;Employee-organizaion identification plays aintervening role in the relation of CSR perception and OC;Individualfeature variables such as values and CSR-support moderate the influenceof CSR perception on employee-organizational identification.
