The Research Of Optimizied Coordination Management For Rental Process Of Pallets Pooling System

Pallet appears in various positions of the modern logistics as one of the most important tools, which integrate supply chain and enhance logistics efficiency. Via Pallet Pooling System we could insure continued circulation of pallet during manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors and users, through which we could prevent pallet switching in delivery process and implement mechanized production. After that, we could reduce the goods loss during people manufacturing, shorten supplying waiting time and increase providing capacity. To summarize, establishing complete Pallet Pooling System influence the whole logistics rapid development so deeply.Pallet Pooling System of China is in initial expansion stage, which faces so many challenges under the current logistics atmosphere and economic conditions, especially many defects in rental process. This article focuses on the optimization and coordination management of rental process in Pallet Pooling System. Firstly, the paper proposes three rental models based on current pallets operation mold in China and overseas. In the chapter 4, the author will establish data model of Pallet Rental Fixed Price based on Revenue Management Theory within these three models and also emulate the models to analyze the influence of optimal fixed price and optimal estimated profit caused by every parameter in this emulation, including pricing, cost, stock allocation, customers'subjective value and arrival rate of the clients, which could modify and help the landlord to draft better price proposal reasonably. In the chapter 5, the author carries out the contract design of Pallet Pooling System based on different molds during the whole rental process. Firstly, the paper devises the contract design between pallet leasing landlord and supplier according to the distinct traits of direct rental models and multi-return-rental model, which integrates the landlord service into the traditional single-cycle leasing supply chain mode and develop the decision-making mode of best ordering and best servicing. At the same time, the author uses the mode in the pallet leasing business and the result is that supply chain profit in centralized decision-making mode should surpass the profit in decentralized decision-making mode only in wholesale price contract supply chain, as well choosing profit shared contract to coordinate such problems to prove the feasibility above. After that, the author devises the profit shared contract of Pallet Pooling System Three-Level Supply Chain according to advanced similar traits of rental mode and ordinary sales supply chain; at the same time summarizing the determination of ultimate parameter to ensure the whole ultimate benefit maximum.Through this study of the paper, the Pallet Rental Fixed Price based on Revenue Management Theory and the Supply Chain Contract of Pallet Pooling System can realize the optimized coordination management of pallets rental process, so that the Pallet Pooling System can be established smoothly in China.
