| In this paper, we to investigate the feasibility of car automatic production line rectifier diode of a company, to evaluate and analyse car production line with the original diode rectifier system, propose transformation of the program, elaborate on the content of the program and demonstrate the feasibility of programs.In this paper, we described the state of the project, introduced the basic situation of project owners and the operation of the company,financial situation,technology advantages, industry strengths, management and technical level, prepared on the basis of technological transformation projects, principles and main elements,demonstrated main technical specifications of the project and standards, the main financial and economic indicators, the project background, product requirements analysis, transformation of the main content, investment and funding, the project conducted a comprehensive analysis of economic and social benefits of energy conservation measures, environmental protection, fire protection, labor protection and safety and health.Feasibility study showed that the company has strong product development capabilities and better production base. Products in the market have high visibility and good reputation, the company's good financial position and modern enterprise management system based views to create the conditions for transformation. The technological transformation in line with national focus on the development of the industrial policy of automotive electronics and adapt to the current domestic ,stimulates the national industry and foreign market demand conditions, related technology to fill the gap, consolidate and enhance China's automotive electronics industry, helps to promote China's automotive electronics industry, technological innovation and industrial upgrading. |
