To lighten the pressure of city environment, and meet the industrial heating need and civil heating demand resulted from the improvement of people's living level, Ping Dingshan City fully takes advantages of abundant energy, actively promotes the development of city centralized heating system. With the constructing advancement of city centralized heating project, to plan, organize and control the city centralized heating project by means of the basic method of current project management already become the urgent matter to be solved during the construction of city centralized heating project.The main contents are as follows:On the basis of earnestly summarizing the current study status home and aboard, this paper generally introduces the relevant conceptions and basic knowledge about project management & organization, cost, progress and quality management,whilst describes the characters and detailed content of city centralized heating project.This paper briefly introduces the development history and current status of city centralized heating in Ping Dingshan City, and summarizes the necessity and development significance of heating project management, and deeply analyzes the construction background, necessity and outline, heating resource of district centralized heating, network technical indexes, junction and construction of heating network in New and High-tech Development Zone, Ping Dingshan City.Aiming at performance of heating network project management in High-tech Development Zone, Ping Dingshan City, in accordance with the basic method of current project management, this paper combines method with practice, scientifically and generally analyzes and studies project management and control during the different stages of preparation, execution, taking over after completion and assessment after completion, and in the different aspects of cost, progress, quality and safety etc.On the basis of adopting advanced management method, and taking full advantage of all resource, from different aspects this paper analyzes the advanced and successful experiences of this project management. Faultinesses existing in this project management are also discussed, so some relevant promotion suggestions are given. We wish it will benefit to the management of similar projects.
