Order oriented design and production has become the main development trend of manufacturing industry. When faced with personalized customer demands, the enterprise must be able to respond quickly and provide competitive product solutions with high quality and low cost. Around the problems of order product about design solution and scheme evaluation, some key technologies were studied deeply. Product family modeling technique based on structural relationship matrix, design instance solving technique based on multi-scale mixed configuration and non-standard scheme evaluation technique based on fuzzy multi-attribute decision making were proposed in this thesis. Finally, on the basis of this theoretical research, a system named XD-PLM which integrated elevator product instance solving and scheme evaluation technologies was developed. The dissertation is organized as follows:In the first chapter, features and design strategies of order product were introduced. Then, some key technologies of order product such as product family design, configuration design and scheme evaluation were summarized and their research status was reviewed. Finally, the full-text research background, main contents and organized structure were given. In the second chapter, product family modeling technique based on structural relationship matrix was proposed. A parts model library was built according to the principle of modular division in product family, then, the product family structural model was expressed using structural relationship matrix. Based on the above matrix, the information mapping model of demand domain, module domain, rule domain and case domain was constructed. The above all form the whole configuration model of product family. In the third chapter, design instance solving technique based on multi-scale mixed configuration was given. On the basis of product family configuration platform, multi-scale mapping relationship among configuration demand domain, case domain and module domain was built and formed the product family mapping domain. The customer demands were transformed into multi-scale configuration demands and then the above demands were input into the product family mapping domain so as to acquire the case of module with and without correspond scale. The dynamic configuration model is constructed by multi-scale mixed transplantation. In view of the demand, rule and case of multi-scale configuration, the whole configuration scheme is got by instance solving of the dynamic configuration model. In the fourth chapter, non-standard scheme evaluation technique based on fuzzy multi-attribute decision making was proposed. Since there are some reasoning solutions of non-standard module in the course of instance solving, it's necessary to evaluate the reasoning part so as to acquire the most suitable solution. In the above evaluation course, the most proper configuration scheme is chosen with the fuzzy multi-attribute decision theory introduced and consideration of the property of products, the demand and preference of customers. In the fifth chapter, on the basis of the theory and method discussed above, a system named XD-PLM which integrated elevator product instance solving and scheme evaluation technologies has been developed and analyzed in its main property and technology. The application in industry of the above system has demonstrated the feasibility and validity of the theories and methods. In the sixth chapter, all achievements of the dissertation are summarized so as to put forward the further research.
