Countermeasure Research On Increasing SME Financial Support In Liaoning Province

For a long time, the problem of SME financing in Liaoning Province always can't be well solved. In 2011, SMEs of Liaoning Province are facing a more severe crisis of survival, the problem of SME financing has become Liaoning Province's significant issue for economic development. Solving the SME financing problem is a huge-scale and wide-involving system engineering, which requires both the unremitting efforts of SMEs themselves and strong support of social circles. This paper start from analyzing the present situation of SMEs in Liaoning Province, analyzes the specific reasons leading to Liaoning SME financing difficulties, finally, puts forward a series of countermeasures targeted.This paper is divided into six chapters: Chapter I, Introduction. Outlines the background and significance of this paper, simultaneously, generalizes and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status, puts forward the research methods, framework and innovation for this paper.Chapter II, Theory Overview about the financial support for SMEs. Outlines those four theories of MM Theory, New Pecking Order Theory, Corporate Finance Life Cycle Theory and Cluster Theory,to support and guidance the whole article's idea in theory.Chapter III, Status of financial support for SMEs in Liaoning Province. Analyze respectively from these three aspects of SMEs themselves, government policies and financial institutions, then combine these aspects and described, to grasp the financing environment and the existing problems of SMEs in Liaoning province.Chapter IV, Causes analysis of SME financing difficulties in Liaoning Province. First, introduce the financing channels of SMEs, using selectable financing channels of SMEs as the starting point, using data investigated and researched as the basis, analyze the SME financing difficulties of Liaoning Province comprehensively, and then further analyze the causes of SME financing difficulties.Chapter V, Countermeasures to increase financial support for SMEs in Liaoning Province. This chapter is the core of this paper, based on the previous four chapters'research, starting from these three aspects of SMEs themselves, government policies and financial institutions, propose countermeasures to increase financial support for SMEs in Liaoning Province, and make it a system.Chapter VI, Conclusions. Summary related to this research and insufficient.
