Research On Financing Difficulties And Countermeasure Of Sci-tech SMEs Of Type A

In recent years,the development of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in China has been accelerating,and has gradually become a key part of small and medium-sized enterprises.In the process of development,most technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises have the characteristics of small funds,small scale and lack of systematic management.when applying for loans from banks and other financial institutions,they will face a lot of restrictions.The purpose of this paper is to solve the financing difficulties of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises,and put forward specific and feasible countermeasures.Based on the above background and purpose,this paper takes Company A as a case study,using the combination of literature research,case study,quantitative research and qualitative research,in order to comprehensively analyze the financing difficulties of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises in China.and put forward countermeasures according to the analysis results.Company A is a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise.Based on the actual situation of Company A,this study finds out the main causes of its financing difficulties,and comprehensively analyzes the internal environment,industry and market environment of Company A through the study of EMBA,and analyzes the financial situation of Company A,so as to guide Company A to prevent financing risks and reduce financing costs.
