Research On The Problem Of Hotel Guest Room Water Consumption That Affects The Satisfaction Of In-house Guests And Exploration Of Solutions

With the rapid development of China's economy,China's tourism industry has exhibited unprecedented prosperity.The hotel industry,which is one of the important pillars of tourism,has also made great progress.The development of the hotel industry is directly related to the progress of tourism.The quality of hotel services greatly influences tourists' satisfaction with their destinations.Hotel customer satisfaction can objectively reflect the construction quality and service level of the hotel.Rooms are the most important part of the hotel and are the key factors affecting customer satisfaction.With the improvement of people's living standard,people have higher requirements for travel facilities used in travel.In addition to the hotel room's design style,decoration standards,hardware configuration,service level and other sensory factors,the hotel's water usage in the hotel will affect the overall evaluation of the hotel guests to a certain extent,thereby affecting the satisfaction of hotel guests.Based on the reading of the literature and combining with the actual work experience of the hotel,this article through the interview with 10 senior hotel engineers and 13 hotel room service staff,worked out a customer satisfaction evaluation system for the hotel room water problem.The respondents who chose to live in the 15 high Upscale hotels in Nanjing were selected as the survey subjects,In the field investigation,386 survey data were obtained.The reliability and validity of the data were analyzed by SPSS software,and then factor analysis was used to fit the factors.The linear regression model analysis method was used to analyze and process the obtained data.The key water consumption problems affecting guest satisfaction of Upscale hotel guests were:1.Water hygiene problems;2.Water noise problems;3.Water temperature and water pressure problems.Based on the results of the analysis,interviewed 6 hotel engineering teams to find out the corresponding solutions such as installing exhaust valves,using mute pipes,installing large diameter water supply pipes and adding terminal heating devices.to improve hotel customer satisfaction.
