Chinese Telecom Industry has now entered a stable period of development after nearly 20 years of rapid development. With the gradual improvement of the telecommunication network, telecommunication operators on equipment investment demand in the year after year is cut, but the network service demand in successive years increases, therefore, telecom equipment suppliers competition between already by the past product and technology competition to service competition, accordingly, marketing mode from the previous focus on product marketing the transition to provide professional services or full service solutions based on service marketing.As a telecommunications equipment supplier, E company service marketing development is the origin of the warranty period of equipment failure of repair charge, further developed by professional sector, professionals and the use of professional technology to network communication client providing various kinds of service product, E company expectations by providing a set of services solutions to enhance customer network comprehensive value.This paper introduces E company where the network communication power industry background and market environment, as well as the domestic telecommunications industry market environment; study of E company and competitor product marketing basis of existence and how to better develop service product marketing business; study how in this industry environment and competition situation by creating value for customers and create value for the enterprise. In view of the domestic network communications customer service value added cognitive deficiencies, to study how to guide the customer service value to achieve a win-win situation; in the face of large state-owned monopoly market, as the auxiliary equipment suppliers, research in the network status was relatively weak condition how to carry out the service product marketing.
