In recent years, as new forces of poverty reduction, improving income,and creating more employment opportunities, farmers’ entrepreneurship plays an important role in narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas, encourage farmers to carry out business activities and support startup growth is one of the key work of the government departments. Some local government by setting up "farmer entrepreneurship support funds", to provide "farmer entrepreneurship expert advisory service, tax service". The favorable policies for supporting agriculture, to a certain extent, promote the farmers’ entrepreneurial activity. However, because low cultural level,low ability and environment conditions, their career choices tend to be industries of small in scale, low technical content and risk sustainable, this will directly lead to the enterprise cannot survive well,it is difficult to play an important role for rural economic development. This paper analyzed the relationship among macroenvironment, microenvironment, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial performance.This paper is divided into six parts, first, finishing the domestic and foreign study results about entrepreneurial performance, sort out the train of thought, introduction the entrepreneurial process theory, resource-based theory, resource dependence theory, contingency theory, defined entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial farmers; Second, determine the measurement dimensions of macroenvironment, microenvironment, entrepreneurial capability and entrepreneurial performance, To discuss the relationship among entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial capability and entrepreneurial performance; Third, the paper analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of farmers’ entrepreneurship in Shanxi Province; Fourth, based on the survey of 223 farmers business enterprise data, using factor analysis and structural equation analysis method, Discusses the path of the macroenvironment, microenvironment and entrepreneurial capability effec farmer entrepreneurship performance; Finally, come up with the relevant policy suggestions.The study found that, for macroenvironment, economic environment have a positive effect on performance, have a negative effect on growth performance, but were not significant; The financing environment have a positive effect on live performance, have a negative effect on growth performance, but were not significant; Government performance have significant positive influence on environment of survival, have a negative effect on growth performance, but not significantly; Infrastructure environment have significant positive influence on survival performance and growth performance.for microenvironment, the environment complexity have significant positive influence on growth performance; The stronger the environmental dynamics and complexity, the higher enterprise survival performance; Dynamic environment has a positive effect on growth performance, but did not reach significant level. For entrepreneurial ability, risk tolerance have no significant positive influence on survival performance and growth performance, but did not reach significant level; Innovation ability have significant positive influence on survival performance, have a positive effect on growth performance, but not significantly; resource integration ability have positive influence on survival performance and growth performance, but did not reach significant level; organization and management ability have significant positive influence on survival performance and growth performance. Therefore, to build a good business environment, promote entrepreneurship ability, is the key to improve farmers’ entrepreneurship performance, increase farmers’ entrepreneurial success.
