Along with the market competition, technology innovation and market globalization accelerated development, the enterprise will outsource its non-core or secondary business to other organizations in limited internal resources, through that it can maximally integrate and utilize the external professional resources to improve and develop the core competitive value. But enterprise once outsourcing its businesses, it can not observe the certain behaviors of the business outsourcing vendor. The business outsourcing vendor will take some speculative behaviors because of information asymmetry. So it is important to effectively stimulate the business outsourcing vendor achieving win-win.At present, the researches about the enterprise stimulating the business outsourcing vendor have focused on the specific business outsourcing establishing game model, such as human resources management outsourcing, research and development outsourcing and logistics outsourcing, and analyzing whether to stimulate or discuss the influence factors. It is lack of specific incentive methods, such as incentive bonus. So this paper introduces incentive bonus, and builds the repeated game model and evolution game model between the enterprise and business outsourcing vendor in the long-term cooperation, calculating the range of incentive bonus, discussing its influence factors.The major works and results of this paper as follows:Based on the explicit incentive factors of incentive bonus and implicit incentive of reputation, it builds repeated game model in the complete rationality, analyzing influence factors and value of incentive bonus. The results of the study show that reputation has implicit incentive effect. Incentive bonus is concerned with the probability of outsourcing vendor getting high yields by striving and by lazing. discount coefficient and the probability of outsourcing vendor choosing to lazing under the reputation and not be found. It also gets the range of incentive bonus. Finally it discusses the training service outsourcing of Y enterprise, calculating incentive bonus extreme value in the influence of different factors.Based on incentive bonus, it establishes evolutionary game model in the limited rationality, analyzing the results of learning and adjusting strategies in the long-term cooperation between outsourcing enterprise and outsourcing vendor. The results of the study show that the results of learning and adjusting strategies is outsourcing enterprise taking lower incentive bonus, and outsourcing vendor choosing to work lazily in the limited rationality. And it also discusses the logistics Outsourcing of M enterprise, exploring the results of learning and adjustment strategy for M enterprise and logistics outsourcing vendor A enterprise in the long-term cooperation.
