| Eco-industrial Park is a special type of industrial ecosystem in which kinds of factories or enterprises are connected to one whole and divided into producers consumers and decomposers by flow of materials,energy and information. Among the units, they share resources and trade by-products to make one factory's wastes or by-products another factory's raw materials or energy.Recently, the eco-industrial park in China has developed rapidly.Up to now, State Environmental Protection Administration approved the construction of thirty-three Nationally Designated Eco-Demonstration Region. Of these, only New World Eco-Industrial Park in Qingdao is the venous industry based eco-industrial park.Venous and arteries industry are two aspects of recycling industrial economic operation.Venous industry is to supplement and improve the arteries industry, both are indispensable. It is a sort of Eco-industrial parks in which the enterprises engaged in venous industry are themainstay.The development of venous industry in China has been still in the junior stage,and only one venous industry based eco-industrial parks is also in building and need to be perfect .The main problems are lack of legal system, policies and master plans related to venous industry.Strongly advocated in our scientific development,promoted resource-saving and built environment-friendly society, in order to promote sound development of venous industry and study the development mode of venous industry based eco-industrial parks in China it is essential to establishall appraisal method which can reflect the status of venous industry based eco-industrial parks completely and truly.Based on the State Environmental Protection Administration issued the "eco-industrial park venous industry standards (for Trial Implementation)" (HJ/T275-2006), through the study of characteristics of eco-industrial park and venous industry, a construction principle of evaluation selected for economic development, resource recycling and utilization, environment, parks management and development of four aspects of a total of 24 form the venous industry assessment index system of ecological industrial parks. And use of AHP to determine weights.In the final,using the newly made system to estimated the Miluo River (venous industry based) eco-industrial park .Found that the circular economy of Miluo River eco-industrial park development well, but there are some areas needs to be improvement. Also it proved system's rationality andapplicability. |
