Contrast With Constructing Venous Industry Based Eco-industrial Parks In China And Japan

As the main practical form of venous industry,venous industry based eco-industrial parks were the new eco-industry parks which started to construct in 2006. Venous industry based eco-industrial parks were defined as "it is a sort of eco-industrial parks in which the enterprises are mainly engaging in venous industry." in the Standard for Venous Industry Based Eco-industrial Parks(on trial)(HJ/T 275-2006).On the premise of ensuring environmental safety,venous industry can be coordinatedly developed with the arterial industry in the surrounding areas,through reusing and recycling wastes,reducing consumption of natural resources,applying advance technology and coordinated development to maximize the use of resources.And it can also enhance the scale and technological contents of venous industry,and favor pollution prevention and environmental management.The information on venous industry of Japan and China was collected and analyzed,Kitakyushu Eco-town in Japan and typical venous industry based eco-industrial parks in China were investigated on-the-spot and analyzed.On the basis of above,through analyzing dissipative structure characters of venous industry based eco-industrial parks and calculating entropy,the research firstly discussed the main factors that affected the parks stable operation,and quantitatively evaluated the operation status of typical venous industry based eco-industrial parks in Japan and China,then through the comparison of internal and external conditions,analyzed the construction impacts and the main problems in constructing Kitakyushu Eco-town and Qingdao New World Eco-industrial Park(Venous Industry).At last,it put forward the framework of construction parks which can meet national conditions.The research which based on the Study on Indicator System and Construction Strategy for Venous Industry Parks was through the identification of scientific and technological achievements in Shandong province in November,2007.The Standard for Venous Industry Based Eco-industrial Parks(on trial)(HJ/T 275-2006) had been implemented in September,2006.So far,14 papers related to this study have been published,of which 7 papers were recorded in core journals. There are 7 chapters in this paper:In chapter 1,on the basis of analyzing the main problems in development of circular economy in China,the background and significance of this study was expounded,and the chief research contents and basic framework were also put forward.In chapter 2,the basic conception of venous industry and venous industry based eco-industrial parks were introduced.Moreover,the relations between venous industry and arterial industry,venous industry and the traditional industries of renewable resources were analyzed.In chapter 3,the construction of eco-town in Japan was discussed.Taking Kitakyushu eco-town as an example,the constructions experience of eco-town in Japan was introduced.Moreover,the main features and successful experience of construction eco-town in Japan were summarized.In chapter 4,the construction of eco-town in China was discussed.And then taking Qingdao New World Eco-industrial Park(Venous Industry) which was the first venous industry based eco-industrial parks in China,and Zhongbao Eco-industry Park(Venous Industry) as examples,the main projects,features and problems of parks construction were summarized and analyzed.In chapter 5,through comparison and analysis method and synthesize induction method etc,the similarities and differences of parks construction between in Japan and China were discussed deeply from 3 aspects.Then affecting factors in developing venous industry were identified.In chapter 6,by analyzing dissipative structure characters of venous industry based eco-industrial parks,the main affecting factors in parks construction were identified,the stabilities status that the Kitakyushu eco-town and Qingdao New World Eco-industrial Park(Venous Industry) was quantitatively evaluated,and the main reason why there were so many differences in parks stably operation both between Japan and China, between parks in China were analyzed.On that basis,the operation status of Zhongbao Eco-industry Park(Venous Industry) in 2010 was forecasted and evaluated,which was under constructing and planning.Additionally,the construction impacts and the main problems during constructing were compared and analyzed from the external and internal conditions.Finally the framework of constructing venous industry based eco-industrial parks was put forward which can meet national conditions.In chapter 7,the research results and the main problems of venous industry were summerized.And then the problems which need study further and developing direction in this field were pointed out.
