The Research Of The Innovation And Risk Management Of International Trade Finance After The Finance Crisis

The methods of international trade and economic corporation enrich with the acceleration of globalization and the economic resurgence after the financial crisis. Foreign-trade enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, have an increasingly strong demand for financial support. The traditional main business of Chinese commercial banks like deposits and loan business is facing new challenges. It already becomes an important issue how to provide financial products of international trade for foreign-trade enterprises. Thus, all the Chinese commercial banks take the innovation of financial services for international trade as an important strategic mission.There is a large gap between Chinese commercial banks and those in developed countries both in service varieties, product mix and in innovations.Meanwhile a lot of researches of combination of financial innovation with Chinese characteristics should be done. The framework of risk management system that used by Chinese commercial banks in international trade financial innovation is also a key which decides the success of the innovation.Through the analysis of financial innovation of international trade both in domestic and international banks and conclusion of the innovation principles, this thesis summarizes the new adaptable train of thought and routine for financial innovation for international trades in the background of the financial crisis, considering the Chinese situations. It also mainly designs the adaptable financial innovative products for international trades according to the methods discussed before. What's more, the thesis discussed the risk factors which should be concerned in the financial innovation for international trades after the strike of financial crisis, and designs the risk management system for this kind of innovation, which is a worthy suggestion for the risk controlling activity in the financial innovation for international trades.Finally, this thesis propose several ideas and suggestions for the development of the financial innovations for international trades in China and the construction of the risk management system for the innovation in the view point of the government, the banks and the international trade companies, which is my opinion on the development of the financial innovation for international trades in our coutry.
