Learning Organization Influence Upon Innovation Ability In Financing Service Trades

Learning Organization and the ability of Innovation are core topics in researching, because strong learning ability and sustained innovation ability are benefit to providing core competency of enterprises. As a new management model, Learning Organization is proved of an effective management method in providing core competency; Comparing with Learning Organization, the research of innovation is earlier, and through researching by many scholars in native and aboard, the ability of innovation is regarded as the best way to avoid barrier in management, pass the competitive, and realize enterprise performance. And all policy and institution are executed from enterprises to nation.This paper is focus on financing service trades, and discusses the dimensions of innovation ability which is fit to financing service trades. Then this paper researches the relation of influence in Learning Organization and innovation ability. Not only richen the relative theory,but also it provide a good method to managers in improving the ability of innovation and strengthen core competition.This paper reviews the dimensions of innovation ability from scholars. Based on summary and analysis, it raise 3 dimensions in innovation ability of financing service trades, that of innovation in products and services, ability in organization management, ability in marketing growth and 22 questions. Through the correct, it provides an innovation ability of financing service trades questionnaire. Then it choose the factor of learning organization, and refer to researched learning organization questionnaire to discuss the relation of learning organization and innovation ability in financing service trades. The research data is collected from banks in Tianjin. It uses correlation analysis and regression analysis to deal with these samples. The results show that learning organization and innovation ability in financing service trades are significantly correlated. It also shows that which dimensions of learning organization influence the level of innovation ability, which is benefit to enterprise management.
