Study On The Implementation Of The Comprehensive Budget Management System Of A Group

Along with the intensifying competition between enterprises day by day, enterprise management informatization has become the strategic choice for enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness. In addition, with the development of private enterprises and the restructuring of the state-owned enterprises, a large quantity of group companies have appeared, and some problems in management are to be solved urgently. The core issue in management of Group Company is integration. Comprehensive budget management is the most basic and effective means of realizing the integration of group companies. How to realize the informatization of comprehensive budget management in the context of enterprise management informatization is becoming an important problem.This paper will analyze the present situation of budget management of A group to find the existing problems. This paper will analyze the objectives of the comprehensive budget management system of A group and design the deployment strategy of the system environment. Based on the above system targets, this paper will analyze the technical architecture and the design of the system systematically. Then, the implementation process of the comprehensive budget management system of A group will be expounded. The implementation process mainly includes preparation for implementation, blueprint design, system construction, the line switching and operation maintenance. Among them, based on the research and analysis of the demands of A group, the related business process of budget and the system implementation plan will be designed. In this paper, the overall evaluation of the implementation of the project will be made. Besides, the quantitative evaluation of the implementation will also be carried out by constructing a comprehensive evaluation model, which will further validate the great improvement of economic benefits and work efficiency for A group because of the application of the system.This paper mainly study the implementation of comprehensive budget management system of A group, which will provide reference for the successful implementation of other comprehensive budget management project.
