Research Of Group A’s Comprehensive Budget Management System Based On Information Integration

In the system of modern enterprise, comprehensive budget management is an essential part. Comprehensive budget management system can help enterprise managers plan and adjust the business strategy of the enterprise, enhance the level of enterprise management, make the allocation of human, material and financial resources efficient and reasonable, strengthen the internal management of the enterprise, make fair assessment and evaluation about the performance of the staff. In the current knowledge economy and information age, information and data is in growing in an explosive trend, enterprises struggle to stand out against the fierce market competition. Accurate and efficient collection and processing of information, which has the value of information resources to dig out and convert to the enterprise knowledge, turns to be very important. Traditional budget management method, which shares low efficiency and lagging behind the new situation, can not adapt to the new situation requirement of enterprise information, enterprises urgently need a new budget management system to solve the current predicament.This paper first summarized the domestic and foreign research results, theoretical basis about comprehensive budget management and information integration, then put forward a set of information resources planning (IRP) as the guiding ideology, adopted the XML as the technical means to build a comprehensive budget management system based on information integration. Secondly, it summed up the three-dimensional model of the comprehensive budget management information, proposed the comprehensive budget management system architecture overview model based on the information integration, then summarized an innovative "five-step" method, including five steps: review development strategy, sort budget management scheme, clarify the integration information, design system solution, formulate the implementation plan to promote the construction. Then combined with the current situation of the group A’s current budget management and the isolated information island problem of the related business system, the business process of group A’s budget management is analyzed, and the functional and non-functional requirements of the new system are analyzed in detail. On this basis, the design of the comprehensive budget management system based on information integration, including the design of each subsystem and module, the database design, based on XML technology, and the information integration with HFM, and the design of the system platform. Finally, it drew the conclusion, summarized the contributions of this paper, analyzed the shortcomings of the research. The information construction of the comprehensive budget management of this paper can provide an example and reference for other groups and enterprises.
