Developing the economy of the world economy three great industrial revolution, The manufacturing transition to the machinery of mass production, the era of electrification to the electronic computer, biology and genetic engineering. After entering the21st century the century of economic quietly in the event of changes in the original developed gradually into the post-industrial era, the domestic manufacturing transfer to the developing countries have a comparative advantage namely the so-called de-industrialization.Developed countries due to factors such as higher labor costs, manufacturing industries and come from behind in the development of Chinese competition gradually lose is own manufacturing industrial transfer to developing countries, more focus on the development of services, or a high added value products industry, thus speeding up economic growth. This phenomenon, some scholars believe that is the product of economic development to a certain extent, is a positive de-industrialization in the form. However, in another corner of the world, is another form of industrial phenomenon. Known as the "resource curse" hypothesis, the resource curse is a country endowed with abundant natural resources, economic growth brought about by short-term resources, economic growth is slow or the phenomenon of the recession. This paper focuses on a form explore the phenomenon of de-industrialization.There is a traditional view that the wealth of a country heavily depends to its natural resources. It means the more natural resources it owns, the wealthier this country is. But Duteh Disease challenges this idea, People begin to realize resource curse problem.Many international facts and research tell us that resource curse exist in many circumstances.So is there a resource curse in China's provincial level.We could find some clues form direct observation.And this paper tests this hypothesis with cross-section regression and panel data regression from empirical evidence.We find there is a resource curse in chinaThe first part is an introduction introduction.The second part explores the relationship to the industrialization and resource curse and the corresponding literature review. Made a detailed description of the de-industrialization, and that the resource curse is a type of de-industrialization phenomenon, described in detail the results of research of academia, the issue of resource curse.The third part describes the formation mechanism of the resource curse as well as analysis of the reasons for the formation of the resource curse phenomenon.The fourth part is the empirical part of this article highlighted as China's establishment of a resource tax. And alternative variable as the degree of resource abundance and resource tax, measurement analysis, the empirical test the degree of resource abundance on economic growth in China. Through the provinces of the cross-sectional data analysis of the resource curse phenomenon in our country there.The fifth part out of the resource curse dilemma through a number of resource-based countries come to experience as well as the international academic community on the resource curse phenomenon, research results, some policy recommendations. Main recommendations of changes in the concept of development, improve the scientific decision-making level, learning advanced experience of foreign countries, to achieve industrial diversification and development of resource-based regions, and strengthen supervision to prevent the occurrence of corruption and rent-seeking behavior...
