The Research On Venture Capital Of Zp Energy Chemical Industry Group

At present, venture capital has become the new model of innovation which has great potential development in economic field. Venture capital's development in China has the obvious local features. Venture capital has great effect in adjusting the economic structure, developing the strategy emerging industry, promoting industrial optimization, enhancing the ability of independent innovation, cultivating the high-tech enterprise etc. In the new economic situation, ZP energy chemical industry group is trying to become an internationally competitive new energy chemical industry group, and gradually forming resources optimization allocation, scale advantages, the industry layout being reasonable, effective integration of new industry chain pattern, and improve the influence on energy chemical industry. It needs more exploration and research on how to promote the enterprise strategic target realization.My thesis put forward the application of venture capital mechanism for development and reform of the enterprises. First of all, this paper analyzes the mechanism of venture capital, dialectical understanding of Chinese characteristics of developing venture capital, specifically the important role of venture capital in transforming traditional industries. Secondly, the paper analyzes the applicability of venture capital for ZP energy chemical industry group, suggesting that improving venture capital is a necessary on the development of enterprise strategy, capital operation, the progress of science and technology, management innovation. Our country's economic and social environment and a series of preferential policies provide favorable conditions for venture capital of ZP energy chemical industry group. Finally, this paper points out the basic path of venture capital from four aspects: selection of capital source and organization, options in the model of investment, profits of the project and withdrawal mechanism.Conclusion:the development of venture capital in China faces the high and new technology enterprise (the first creation), as well as the improvment of the traditional enterprise (the second creation). Venture capital is an effective way for ZP energy chemical industry group to change itself from a traditional enterprise into an international competitive new energy chemical industry group.
