With the continuous development of the electronic information technological industry, the updating of electronic product becomes faster and faster, and the consumption of electronic industrial products grows each passing day. Nowadays, the resource waste and environmental pollution has attracted universal attention, and governments have taken all kinds of measures to deal with it.Because the recycling and disposal of E-wastes in china started relatively late and lack of perfect laws and regulations, the recycling modes are chaotic and the costs of recycling are very high. However, the reuse industrialization of E-wastes is one of the most important aspects of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and developing circular systems. Based on this problem, this paper studied the relevant literature review about domestic and foreign E-waste recycling processing and the theoretical foundation of the E-waste recycling mode such as reverse supply chain theory, game theory and the theory of circular economy. Then this article made a comparative analysis of electronic waste recycling modes among the individual recycling mode, the manufacturer recycling mode, the retailers recycling mode, the third party recycling mode and the producers union recycling mode after the research of the reverse supply chain theory, and pointed out their advantages and disadvantages. Then, author chose five electronic waste evaluation index from the consumer perspective and market point of view to have quantitative evaluation of each model by using AHP, and gave preference to the establishment of the third party recycling mode and manufacturer recycling mode.Finally, this paper used Stackelberg game theory to analyze the interests of the main body of E-waste recycling and the compose of profits belong to each part. The result shoes that there is a close relation between their profits and government's tax. Meanwhile, there are some other factors which impact their profits such as recycling price, processing cost and recycling quantity. And also these factors are relate to the economic incentives and non-economic incentive of the government. Based on this situation, this article summarize the revelations for constructing the E-waste recycling mode, and these revelations are increasing government's economic incentives by reducing the tax, improving non-economic incentive system to normative recycling behavior, strengthening the policy support to promote the industrialization progress and enhancing the propagandist strength to call for participation. Finally, this article optimally design the electronic waste recycling modes.
