In today’s society, the development of modern industry and science and technology gradually accelerates the update speed of the electrical and electronic products, then a large amount of waste products are eliminated or discarded by consumers, which has caused substantial waste of resources and serious environmental pollution. Many countries have formulated a large number of mandatory laws and regulations, and a large number of relevant enterprises are engaged in the recycling of waste electrical and electronic products in order to pursue the economic value of waste electrical and electronic products. At present, our country’s waste electrical and electronic products recycling market is disordered, consumers are lack of recycling awareness, and most of the enterprises involved in recycling are small businesses, so the whole overall profit is low, and it results in that recycling and remanufacturing of waste electrical and electronic products of our country are difficult.Therefore, it is very important to study the reverse supply chain system of waste electrical and electronic products.Firstly, this article takes the two main nodes(recyclers and manufacturers) of reverse supply chain system as the research object, combines the theory of game theory with reverse supply chain, according to different conditions in the recyclers and manufacturers, takes the recycling fee and the manufacturer’s selling price as the decision variables, establishes competition recyclers and consolidation recyclers competitive take-back scheme pricing strategies game model and asymmetric manufacturers competitive take-back scheme and monopolistic take-back scheme pricing strategies game model. And according to the existence conditions of the game model Nash equilibrium and the characteristics of the reverse supply chain system, analyze the constraints on the game model.Secondly, using the backward induction method to solve the sub-gambling refining Nash equilibrium and the recyclers and manufacturer’s optimal profit function of different gamemodels, and carrying out the sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis under different conditions about the decision variables Nash equilibrium solution and profit optimal solution of recyclers and manufacturers. Gets the conclusion that the recycling business combination of the stakeholders in the reverse supply chain to achieve a win-win situation, and provided theoretical basis for non-profit organizations or the relevant decision-making departments about design different recycling fee structure for manufacturers depending on the different size of the market.Finally, according to the present recovery condition of our country’s waste electrical and electronic products, collect relevant parameters, using the quantitative analysis of mathematical methods, analysis that how the parameters of the market maker alternative,economies of scale factor, and the recovery rate impacts the decision variable and the optimal profit function of recyclers and manufacturers, further demonstrates the correctness of the qualitative analysis. |
