Since the reform and opening-up, Chinese social transformation and the reform of market economic system have been deepened. The role of interest groups in real estate in Chinese economic and political life becomes more and more important. One of the most prominent performances is the impact of the introduction and implementation of policy in real estate. Interest groups in real estate are defined as the official organizations that share a common interest or attitude in real estate will make use of information, technology, financial resources through a variety of means to exert influence on government policies in order to achieve the interests of the group, such as Real Estate Association, China Federation of Industry and Chamber of Commerce Real Estate. So we should guide interest groups in real estate in order to give full play to their active role in real estate policies and to curb the negative impact. It becomes an important issue in theory. This paper draws on theoretical research of the interest groups and combines with the current situation of Chinese real estate industry. The author analyzes the impact and the reasons of Chinese interest groups in real estate policy and focuses on countermeasures about the negative impact. The author hopes to provide some valuable information in order to guide interest group in real estate. This article is divided into three major parts:The first part includes the relevant concept of interest groups, the definition and characteristics of interest groups in real estate, some impact on real estate policy and the theoretical and practical basis; The second part describes the process, methods, means, the positive roles and the negative effects of interest group in real estate about policy, and focuses on analysis of the reasons about the negative impact; From the law level, the government level, the social constraint level and the interest groups in real estate level, the third part discusses lots of countermeasures to keep interest groups in real estate on real estate policies from the negative impact.
