Guangdong Province is the country's largest manufacturing province. There are tens of thousands of large and small manufacturing enterprises, many of which are small and medium sized manufacturers, management is chaotic, or even by a two small break room as a temporary facility. Those private enterprises engaged in manufacturing extensive management, lacked the sufficient understanding of factory production status, not to mention the production analysis and optimization. With the gradual expansion of product markets, the original production management level and scale of production would be difficult to meet growing market demand. Faced with this situation, many companies put forward the scientific management, expand production capacity. However, too large capacity will result in excess capacity, too small capacity will lost market opportunities to seize the opportunity to become bigger and stronger companies.Therefore, how the plant's existing production plant for scientific and rational assessment as well as in the capital, under conditions of limited plant area with minimal investment for maximum capacity to meet market demand as the current number of private entrepreneurs and managers need to solve the problem.This article is based on AT Chemical Co., Ltd. in Guangzhou City, in the analysis of synthetic adhesive industry trends and AT companies forecast future demand based on the description of the AT company's existing production capacity of plant B that the next five years, AT company will have to face challenges of how much production capacity, through the use of industrial engineering expertise to study the size of the existing facility under the premise of the workshop can be taken by the optimization strategy. Paper used the production process analysis, simulation and optimization methods and techniques to analyze and solve AT production capacity bottleneck problem, the analysis methods and ideas for other manufacturers to provide reference, so this can not only solve the AT company itself bottleneck problems for other manufacturing companies identify bottlenecks, improve production also has some reference and inspiration, with a strong practical significance.
