Research On Process Optimization And Improvement Of S Company Based On Lean Production

Lean production has been continuously improved and developed,and its application fields have been continuously expanded,especially in the manufacturing industry,which has greatly improved the company's processes,efficiency and product quality,and promoted the growth of economic benefits.This paper takes the status quo of transformer production process of S company as the research object.Based on the theory of lean production,it deeply analyzes the actual situation of production management of S company,finds out the problems existing in the production system of S company,and optimizes the design of these problems.Achieve the goal of reducing production costs,shortening production cycles,and reducing inventory.Firstly,this paper expounds the process optimization,lean production theory,value flow chart theory and ExtendSim simulation concept,and summarizes the research status of these theoretical methods.Secondly,it analyzes the current status of S company's production process in detail;Combine ExtendSim simulation and value flow chart method to analyze the problems in the production process;then,based on S company's production value flow chart,combined with current mainstream management tools,such as "5W1H",ECRS analysis method,production beat design Etc.,analyze the problems existing in the current development of S company,and design improved solutions.Finally,we evaluate the optimization plan of S company and summarize the improvement effect of the company.Through the design of S company's shortened production cycle and balanced production,the company's production efficiency and management level have been improved,shortening the production cycle from 378.6 hours to 246.21 hours,and the production line balance rate has increased from 34.7% to 86.9%.To increase corporate profits.The effect of lean production is remarkable,and it is hoped that it can play a guiding role in the lean production transformation of other enterprises.
