The Mechanism Research On The Producer Services Promoting The Transformation Of Economic Growth Mode

During the "eleventh five-year plan" period, China's national economy is facing great challenges, and the outside impact of the international financial crisis conducted to our real economy through the sharpe shrinking of international market demand. Although our country experienced fast yet steady economic growth, but extensive feature of economic growth is still remarkable,therefor changing the mode of economic growth has become one of the most important task of China. In the recession of international economy and the occasion of industrial slowed growth, producer services which represented by the financial services, information services, circulation services, business services, science and technology maintained a good momentum of development which has made the contribution to keeping our fast yet steady economic growth and shows to be great potential.Producer services promote economic growth in a different way which is unlike the general manufacturing industry, producer services carried with knowledge and technology have great stimulative effect to the transformation of economic growth mode. In order to maximize the effect, study its mechanism is necessary, so this paper aims to put forward the development direction on the basis of the mechanism research on the producer services promoting the transformation of economic growth mode.Drawing lessons from the domestic and foreign research results this article expose the basic concepts and features, classification of producer services at first,then make relative definition and analysis of the pattern of economic growth and the change in the pattern of economic growth.This paper reserch on the mechanism of producer services promoting the change in the pattern of economic growth respectively in the Angle of the interaction of producer service industry and manufacturing industry, producer services industry promoting the upgrading of the industrial structure, advancing the development of knowledge economy and low carbon economyIn the fourth chapter the paper perform an empirical analysis of Dalian about the influence of producer services to the transformation in the mode of economic growth. Build the regression model with the data of Dalian to do the research on the interactive relationship between the producer services and manufacturing industry. Use statistical analysis method to discusse and analysis the influence of the producer service industry to the industrial structure in Dalian. Apply cobb douglas production function to the analysis of promoting effect of the knowledge economy which is carried by the producer service industry to the economic growth. In conclusion, under the influence of producer services, the industrial structure of Dalian especially the inner structure of the third industry are optimized, and technical progress palys a more important role in economic growth, but regarding to the interactive relationship between the two industry, the benign interaction between producer services and manufacturing industry of Dalian have not realized yet.Finally at the end of this text, in order to promote economic growth mode transformation, corresponding countermeasures for the development of producer service industry were put forward as advices,such as guide manufacturing industry and producer services into the benign interaction, speed up the construction of innovation system of producer services, implementing talent strategy in order to provide intelligence support to producer services, and promote cluster development of producer services, positively and orderly undertake the transformation of international producer services.
