Since China's economic growth rate fell into the stable growth range, former crude rapid development model is no longer effective. At this time,it is particularly necessary to change the economic development model through the correlation and synergy between industries,in which producer services, began to enhance their position in the industrial structure,as the product of the deepening of the market division of labor. This paper is based on the relationship between producer services and economic growth.First of all, this paper combs the related theories of producer services to economic growth, including division of labor theory, enterprise value theory and cumulative cycle theory.Further, this paper combs the direct effect, intermediary effect and adjustment effect of producer service industry on economic growth according to the three theories above. Then the mechanism of interaction between the core region and the surrounding region is summarized. The core region is mainly affected by the scale effect and crowding effect in different stages, and the surrounding region is affected by the polarization effect and trickle effect of the core region at the same time.Secondly, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the development of producer services and economic growth in China from 2005 to 2017,and then constructs a fixed effect panel threshold model through the panel data of 31 provinces and cities in the same period, and selects the agglomeration degree of producer services as the threshold variable to study whether there will be significant differences in the direct role of producer services in promoting economic growth out of producer services in different stages of producer services agglomeration. In addition, the degree of marketization and the degree of government intervention are selected to explore the indirect impact of the two in producer services on economic growth out of producer services. In the sub-regional empirical study, this paper not only explores the differences between the western, middle and eastern region, but also uses clustering algorithm to determine the geographical distribution of provincial and municipal differences and influence degrees according to the total impact of producer services on economic growth. The main conclusions are as follows: First, there is a double threshold in the whole country. And with the degree of producer agglomeration crossing the two thresholds in turn, the direct role of producer services in promoting economic growth out of producer services slows down in turn, and the degree of government intervention and marketization hinder the role of producer services in promoting economic growth out of producer services.Second, the combined influence of the eastern region on economic growth out of producer services is greater than that of the central region, which is greater than that of the western region. In terms of the threshold, the eastern region is higher than the western region and higher than the central region. In terms of the direct role of producer services in promoting economic growth out of producer services, the middle region, where producer services account for the lowest proportion of GDP and the lowest degree of agglomeration, have the greatest influence, followed by the western region and the eastern region. In terms of indirect impact, government intervention hinders the role of producer services in promoting economic growth out of producer services in all three regions, while marketization only hinders in the western region.Third, the overall impact of producer services on economic growth in the provinces in the distribution of the east strong and west weak pattern unchanged, showing the overall impact from the coastal to inland decline in geographical distribution.Because the proportion of producer services in GDP in the eastern region is much higher than that in the central and western regions, the direct effect on economic growth is most obvious.Among them,Beijing has the highest overall impact of producer services on economic growth, with Tianjin and Shanghai ranking second. Finally, according to the empirical results, this paper gives the corresponding policies and suggestions,on the basis of establishing the development status of producer services,to ensure a perfect market environment,to implement differentiated regional policies according to the times, and to deepen regional industrial agglomeration.
