Along with the development of economy and the complication of labor division, the producer services become an important index to scale the internationalization and modernization of a region. They play an active role in the growth of economy, and will affect the development of the manufacturing. Because of the heterogeneity of regions, the different development situations emerge in regional economies. And then, whether the producer services which is occupying more and more important position in economy society also exists regional disparity, and to some extent, whether this regional disparity affects regional economies, which have already become the subject that a lot of scholars study nowadays and also are concentrated on this paper. This paper analyzes the issue through applying comprehensively the integration of normative and empirical, qualitative and quantitative research methods and the integration of regional economics, industrial economics, economic growth, and other relevant theoretical knowledge. On the basis of elaborating the concept, characteristics of the producer services, and the role of the producer services in modern social and economic development, we analyze comparatively the differences of the level of economic development and the producer services of the three regions, and point out that there regions exist disequilibrium during the development of producer services――the disequilibrium in different regions and in different sectors. Through hanging together the panel data model and the econometric tools this paper estimates the effects of the producer services to economic growth of the three regions from 1998 to 2006, and it explains the differences of the effects of the producer services to the regional economic growth. Making an empirical analysis on the relationship between the different sectors of the producer services and economic growth with grey correlation analysis, the conclusion shows further that the producer services play an active role on economic growth. And on the basis, put forward the countermeasures on coordinating the China's producer services regional development.
