The Research On Tourism Development Of China Under The Landscape Of Scientific Outlook On Development

With the rapid development of modern civilization and economic construction, tourism has become one of the dominant industry of global economy. However, the development and utilization of resources without reasonable plans are destroying the ecology in the worldwide at the same time. Facing the serious challenge, our concentrated effort is to recover the ecological system, to change future development and even to affect destiny of tourist industry.Tourism is entitled as "smokeless industry", or "unexhausted consumption". One of the most important reasons is that the tourism has such features as fewer resource consumption, lighter pollution and higher margin. Meanwhile, the problems of rapid domestic tourism development have been appearing day after day, just like weakness of vindicating rights, lack of tourism regulations and laws, blind exploration of tourism resources, unbalanced area development, slowness of market economy processing to travel agencies, limitation of traffic, and so on. These problems may prevent the healthy development of tourism and advancement of human society finally, if these chronic illnesses could not be solved in time. As a result, to overcome these problems, discover the properties from surface, and to respect natural principles are the inevitable choice.It will cost a long time to solve all those problems, and theories will be needed which will be taken as the source of guiding power. In October, President Hu Jintao spoke out "The Outlook of Scientific Development" in the 16th Party Congress, according to the problems of our economic development. The outlook of scientific development has been enriched and completed in series of practices, being the guiding views to current native economic development. To adhere to the people-oriented is the essence and core of the scientific development view. And furthermore, the view of overall, coordinated, and sustainable development has been to the basic requirements.However, the tourism is facing serious problems. There are no academic suggestions from the industrial point of view. According to this condition, the article discusses the approaches to solve current or future conflicts, achieve tourism development, then bring along economic development through tourism development, and finally realize overall development of human beings, by utilizing the outlook of scientific development comprehensively, analyzing current situation and researching problems.The main body of this article has been divided into four chapters. Chapter One discusses the meaning of at home and abroad. The key points are the unique visual angles, which consider the theoretical and realistic meanings from outlook of scientific development and industrial development. Chapter Two reviews the historical development of tourism, the connotation and historical foundation of outlook of scientific development, and also defines and analyzes the core concept of the research. This chapter discusses the feasibility of utilizing the outlook of scientific development to guide tourism industry, based on current tourist industrial situation, aimed to realize overall development of the human beings. And this chapter is the theoretical core center of this article. Chapter Three points out existing problems and attemps to find out the reasons affecting the form of healthy tourism. The points are mentioned from three dimensions:subjects, objects and intermediaries of tourism (including travel agencies, tourist hotels, tour traffic). The problems mentioned in this chapter are selected carefully from many aspects and are chosen to be represented, whose particular and relative reasons are taken as the key points of research. The fourth Chapter, inheriting the analysis of Chapter 3, guiding by the outlook of scientific development, discusses the approaches to solve those problems and conflicts. Chapter Five is concentrated on realizing the outlook of scientific development, transforming strength of theories to power of behaviors, and exploring a harmony avenue which will match the conditions of tourism industry of China.
