| Post 80s' generation, as a synonym for a group, take a deep imprint of the times, its strengths and weaknesses as significant. Because of its growth in the changes in China's reform period of development, this generation has a value in thinking big difference with the previous. Over time, youth groups have grown to youth groups,80s' employees and gradually become the backbone of the current job. In the face of 80s' employees after a special state of mind and values, the traditional management methods and management models presented new challenges; we need the academics and managers to analyze their characteristics and management of value adjustments.This paper reviews the theoretical work on the basis of values to work values scale as the survey tool, through the investigation, obtained after 80 employees for the work values of first-hand information. Through analysis of survey data, obtained after 80 employees self-centered, and re-based work experience to achieve three basic characteristics of the face 80 employees to pursue free personality characteristics, emphasizing its flexibility to take a targeted approach to management. And made 80 employees in achieving personal success,1 the work environment to shape and return to the values of the three aspects of collective thinking and discussion.
