In the second decade of the 21 st century,a large number of post-90 s young people step into the enterprise,with the advance of time,will soon become the weight force of enterprise management and talent strategy,how to cultivate,use and manage this special group,has become a new topic of enterprise human resources management.Through this article,according to the environment and times characteristics of post enterprise post-90 s employees,the thinking and behavior characteristics of post-90 s employees are analyzed.the author uses questionnaires,interviews and other methods to investigate work values of the post-90 s employees,summarizes the current situation and problems of employee motivation and management,and points out the ineffectiveness and reasons of current human resource management methods.On this basis,we innovate human resource management strategies from the employee communication mechanism based on demand level,evaluation selection mechanism based on system level,and authorization and assessment mechanism based on business level.Connecting with the actual demand of postal enterprises’ current reform and development,using the system theory method of human resources modules,taking the guidance work as the center,giving full play to the practical problems of postal service in recruitment,selection,employment and educating.through data comparison,theoretical analysis and case argument,we get clear conclusions,conclude the theory and integrate into the enterprise system,and play a role for the healthy development of human resource management and operation.
