Against the backdrop of digital economy era,with the intergenerational replacement of labor force,“post-90s” employees have stepped into the workplace and become a force that cannot be ignored in human resources.Compared with other generations,the particularity of the growth environment has created the distinctive personality characteristics and diversified values of “post-90s” employees.Their work attitude and behavior in the workplace not only bring new strength to the organization,but also bring challenges and difficulties to its management practice.Facing the fierce competition,the banking industry has both opportunities and challenges.In order to adapt to the development environment under the new situation,and maintain competitiveness,it is an important issue for the organization and management at this stage to correctly understand the work values of “post-90s”employees and implement correct and effective management measures.Previous studies have shown that work values have a significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior.Based on the self verification theory,this paper constructs the work values as the antecedent variable from the perspective of “post-90 s ” bank employees.The commitment of the organization is an intermediary.Organizational citizenship behavior is theoretical model of outcome variable,corresponding assumptions are proposed.Through questionnaire survey,398 samples of “post-90s” employees from Guizhou A Commercial Bank were collected for statistical analysis using SPSS and AMOS.Result shows that: First,the work values of“ post-90s ” employees significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior.Second,the “post-90s” employees’ work values have a significant impact on emotional commitment and normative commitment;Third,emotional commitment and normative commitment have significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior.Fourth,organizational commitment plays a mediating role between work values and organizational citizenship behavior.The results of this study can help managers understand the values of employees from different generations.On the basis of the conclusion,this paper puts forward targeted management suggestions,aiming to guide managers to correctly understand and cultivate the work values of “post-90s” employees,and promote “post-90s”employees to implement organizational citizenship behaviors beneficial to enterprise development by improving organizational commitment,thereby helping organizations gain more advantages in the fierce market competition.This research has certain theoretical guidance and practical significance for improving the human resource management ability of enterprises.
