In the knowledge economic era, more and more companies use training as an important way of gaining and retaining competitiveness. However, how to improve the current training system and select more useful training materials are common problems among many companies. As a fast growing company, A Company is also confronted with the same issue.This paper aims to study the Optimization of the Training System for Employee Development. First, the author summarizes the relevant theories regarding employee training and development. Then, after briefly introducing A Company's human resources and the current training system, the author analyzes the current training system by adopting second hand material analysis method, questionnaire method and interview method. Four major conclusions are made which include:the current training system is not built on the foundation of employee career development, the lack of the systematic assessment system of the training demand, the current training system is incomplete and not very effective and the lack of the leadership development mechanism for succession planning. Targeting these four problems, the author puts forward practical suggestions about the training system optimization and also points out five suggestions that need to be paid attention to when implementing the suggestions.This research has important significance for not only A Company, but also other similar High-Tec companies in establishing and optimizing the training system.
