Through analyzing the development of Changzhou Power Supply Company human resource and current training method, the paper finds out the basic reasons that affect the training results. On this base, the paper applies modern training theory, builds training system, including training demand and goal, training design, training activity and training evaluation. We enhance the training system organization and regulations to ensure the system in good operation. Through the research on human resource training system, we can get better human resource developing environment and promote the training.
