With the integration of world economy, and the coming of knowledge economy, thecompetition among companies is more and more intense. Faced such kind of situation, thecompetition in high-speed rail industry is also intense.TW company is a equipmentmanufacturing enterprise that high speed train. As a one hundred history company, there aremany problems in the human resource management, especially the employee trainingaspect. Then it is the impending issue for the TW Company to optimize the employeetraining system and give a play to employee training in talent cultivation.The thesis takes TW Company as the research subject to investigate the currentsituation of human resource and training system through questionnaire and interviewresearch method. It was found that in TW Company, the administrator did not give a furtherunderstanding about training; the training demand analysis is lack of pertinence; the formand content of training is haploid; there is lack of control during execution; the evaluationof the training is insufficiency etc. Aimed at to resolve these problems, the optimizeddesign scheme has been proposed in this thesis: firstly, optimize the employee trainingsystem; optimize the executive and testing and evaluate system; optimize the guaranteesystem of training system.In order to achieve the profit maximize, harmonize the needs of company andemployees, this thesis aims to propose consummate measures for the employee trainingsystem, combined with the theory of expectation, the whole process exploiting theory, studyfor life theory, and adult study theory.
