The cause of the voluntary turnover is one of the important questions in the field of turnover research. With the development of global integration, economic globalization and the rapid development of information technology, human capital is becoming the key factor of production which is deciding enterprise's fate. Meanwhile, the talent shortage today is already of the common problems within the scope of the world. Although with the outbreak of the financial crisis, the employment situation is not optimistic, there are still many companies complain that they can't keep employees well. Young employees turnover frequently. Nowadays, young employees in the majority are 80s who are the knowledge staffs. Most of them have high educational qualifications. They advocate free lifestyle, pursue the independent, display the individual character, and are not afraid of power. For young employees, their reasons for leaving become more diverse, which have been beyond the traditional model scope of turnover explanation.This paper takes Shanghai young employees as the research object, validate the influence of the traditional turnover variables. At the same time, it focuses on exploring the regulatory mechanism of job embeddedness and personality traits to young employees' turnover intention. Then we established a turnover model which is applicable to the young employees, based on the review of the existing research. According to the questionnaire survey results, this paper analyzes the data and the gets conclusion that job embeddedness and personality traits do have the regulatory mechanism to employees' turnover partly. Thus, in the end of this paper, we put forward the corresponding management advice on how to keep employees from turnover.
