The Analysis On The Supply Chain Management Of F Trading Company

Chinese trading companies have found themselves more difficult in operation with the deterioration of the international trading circumstance which leads to the strongly negative impact on the domestic exporting business. The exporting companies have met the great breakdown of profits and turnover, with the decrease of the order from the abroad. So it should be deeply thought on how to compete successfully in the highly competitive markets and with the increasing raw material cost. How to use the supply chain management to improve the current status, of which both the raw material cost and labor force cost are increasingly high, seems to be the only way to survive and develop for the trading company.Firstly, it is reviewed of the articles on the supply chain management both domestic and abroad in the current circumstance of the international trading in the thesis. Secondly, through the theoretical analysis, it is outlined the basic concepts of the supply chain and supply chain management. And also the key points of the supply chain management have been emphasized in the non-producing, trading companies. Thirdly, the case study of the F trading company is introduce based on the analysis on the problems of the supply chain management of the current trading companies, through which good relationship between the raw material purchasing and the cooperation in the supply chain have been outlined. The issues leading to the final failure are analyzed. And finally, the recommendations on how to improve the supply chain management of F trading company have been put forward.I hope that the thesis could make contribution to the improvement of the non-producing, trading company which is in the difficulty currently.
