Research On Urban Appropriate Aging House Construction Under The Background Of Aging

With deepening degree of age and increasing levels of social economic, the problem of elderly housing demands have gradually attracted attention. But there are many negative factors that hindering the further development of appropriate aging house In this paper the author used questionnaire survey, analysis of literature, Statistical Yearbook and Statistical Bulletin to research on urban appropriate aging house of Zhejiang province under the background of aging.This paper carried out the study as the following aspects:1) Analyze the current situation of urban appropriate aging house of Zhejiang Province and the living demands of elderly through the inspection of relevant literature, Statistical Yearbook (Bulletin), and questionnaire survey.2) Based on questionnaire survey and analysis of documentation to grasp the market of appropriate aging house, predict the construction amount of appropriate aging house in the next five years, the result shows that the market of appropriate aging house is very big.3) Comparative analysis of the four development models of appropriate aging house in characteristics and limitations. Choose five indices include supply rate, object-oriented, social costs development of technical difficulty and the required level of social support to compare the four development models of appropriate aging house, use cluster analysis to classify the 11 prefecture-level city of Zhejiang Province into four regions, select the appropriate development model of appropriate aging house for each region based on the development level of aging and economic.4) Analysis the operational problems of appropriate aging house, propose Housing Endowment to address the operational challenges. Propose policy recommendations of developing aging house for Zhejiang Province.The study of status of appropriate aging house construction, consumer market and the prediction of the construction amount of appropriate aging house can help the government to grasp the trend of appropriate aging house. The way to choose a suitable development model of appropriate aging house for difference regions base on cluster analysis can provide a reference for government department to address the urban housing problems of older age.
