Competition of the communication market in China is getting more and fiercer. The university, as a Special occasions, the scope of the business has covered a lot of characteristics such as focus on users, the increasing demand, he complex of the business. All of these has made the university become a important occasion of Telecom operators. With develop of Social average income, the user ARPU, sale people play a crucial role.In this article, we try to build the Performance evaluation system of Campus telecom marketing which can apply to Domestic and foreign.We used such methods as theory combined with practice,. demonstration research combined with standardization research, also we try to put this theory into practice which can help the company to evaluate the Marketing results of the team and the members. By this way we can Improve the Team Cohesion, Standard the words and deeds of group.combined with some management theories related. It was revealed that there were much shortcomings such as too much evaluating standards and frequency, the evaluating focal point and evaluating layer were not apparent. To resolve these questionsFinally, after we finding out the shorting of the new system, we hope this article made perfect answer to how to develop the the Performance evaluation system.
