The Study About The Influence Of The Cafta On The Economics And Trade Cooperation Between Vietnam And China

Basis on the economic development theory of regional economic integration, this paper analysis the effect of CAFTA on the economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and China. With the new circumstances such as establishment of the CAFTA, the global economic crisis, the paper debate about how the trade effect, investment effect, effect of Industrial Transfer of the CAFTA influence on the trade, investment and receiving industrial transfer between Vietnam and China, find out a good way leaded to the more prospecting future of the economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and China. We think there are three periods and dual character in the trade development between Vietnam and China. Dual character are complementary and mutual exclusion, on the influence of the trade creation effect, market expansion effect and the effect of economics scale of CAFTA, the dual character not only make good for the economic and trade cooperation between Vietnam and China, but also drive the Vietnam trade deficit to China more deteriorated, restraining the economic and trade cooperation between the two countries. The trade effect of the CAFTA consist of three parts:the trade creation effect, market expansion effect and the effect of economics scale. The investment effect of the CAFTA compose two parts:the investment creation effect and the investment diversion effect. The investment creation effect help China drop more FDI into Vietnam, the investment diversion effect drag the two countries complete more seriously in FDI when offer a good opportunity for Vietnam in attracting FDI. Effect of industrial transfer give a chance for Vietnam to receive the industries transfer from China. At the ending part, we realize that Vietnam and China should cooperate in various forms and strengthen it, such as in agriculture and human resources, and Vietnam should take measures to step forward in the industrialization and balance the foreign trade with China, such as improving infrastructure, increasing import to China, import substitution, receiving the industrial transfer by step.
