Yc The Second Phase Of The New Campus Construction Project Feasibility Study

From 1999 on, in China, the higher education developed rapidly thanks to the "expansion enrollment" policy. The construction of the new campus called the "university parks" or the "university city" caused by the expanded scale meets the requirements for good study and life from the students and their parents, it also causes universities to face too much debt and wastes lots of the resources. When constructing the new campus, YC college meets the same problem. Based on the theory of feasibility, the article discusses the necessity and feasibility of constructing the new campus by taking the example of the second-phase construction project. At the same time, on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of economic benefits, the project is technically advanced and suitable, economically rational, profitable and practically possible and risky. Based on this scientific and comprehensive analysis of this project, the author finally comes to the conclusion that the project of the second-phase construction of the new campus is feasible, it can avoid the risks, effectively control the debt scale and improve the efficiency of funds usage, it can helps to improve the educational condition and meets the requirements of the continual development of the university.
