It helps to manage the various processes scientifically and systematically, and then effectively improve the production efficiency, reduce costs, and mprove customer service levels, thereby enhancing their market competitiveness.This paper will mainly study for the implementation of ERP system in H Company. First, we'll analysis the production operations of H Company deeply.Based on the analysis; we will then propose ERP system design of H Company. Moreover, we will also conduct in-depth research on the key issues during its implementation process.Studies in this paper can be a certain reference for small and medium enterprises in their implementation of ERP system.
