Along with the rapid development in the filed of injection molding in recent years, the competition in the market is and will be more impetuous than ever before. The situation of foreign invested enterprise occupying the high-techest market is facing greater challenge. In the meantime domestic private enterprises developed very rapidly, as well as their technical strength and market force. Furthermore the trend of rapid development in automotive market slowed down significantly, the product unit price drops further, income and profit increased very slowly. The above two factors make those enterprises in this area facing grim prospect in the aspect of business expansion and quotation, etc. On the basis of further improving existing production technique, quality and manage ability, how to enhance the company's cost controlling and managing ability for achieving overall growth in cooperation profit becomes the very popular researching topic currently.In view of the demand of Oechsler Plastic Products (Taicang) Co., Ltd (referred as OTC Company), based on the modern enterprise management theory and the current status of the company's business development, this paper analyze the cost management system related to cost management, and advanced management tools. By comprehensively analyzing the theory's development, current situation and trend both at home and abroad investigates this paper such a practical and modern cost management system which has met the business development of OTC Company. This paper focuses on:the financial cost management with the core of raising fund, the management, design and control of tax and monetary capital; the management of purchasing cost, logistical cost and inventory turnover cost, with the purpose to maximize the value of the supply chain cost control; the standard cost management with the purpose of high ability to manage the cost; the product R&D management aims to realize the product's value. Basing on comprehensive cost management and analysis of information, data and business process, this paper analyze and design a model, re-define the customer, project, category, connotation and extension, and the relationship between data entities. Planning and designing cost, pricing, R&D and capital management system, around with the requirement of product's cost control to enhance the ability of market development.Cost management system realize a across sectors corporation, to achieve a unified financial management, to establish an integrated management system, and to finally realize the monitoring of the budget and actual cost, and to achieve a cost management system which is characterized by project management is recreation of company's cost model. Developing cost assessment system could resume the system energy and then improve the life force of the enterprise. So it becomes important to define the layout, construction, running and maintenance of the cost management system. After doing this, the lever of financial management would be improved, thereby enhance the company's competitive strength, the ability of cost management and the information-oriented management, in order to lay a solid foundation for the enterprise being large and strong.
